The 2nd International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Computational Intelligence (AICI 2026) was successfully held in Zhengzhou, China on February 7, 2026. AICI 2026 covered fields such as intelligent algorithms, evolutionary computation, neural networks, fuzzy logic and fuzzy systems, and artificial intelligence applications, providing an international, multidisciplinary platform for outstanding experts, scholars, and industry professionals focused on these research areas to exchange new ideas and showcase research results. The conference also explored the development trend of industry-academia-research collaboration and promoted the industrialization of academic achievements.

Professor Zhao then discussed their team's research progress in generalized learning systems, including robust generalized learning systems and efficient spatiotemporal shallow neural network models.

Prof. Zhen Zhang, Zhengzhou University, China
Professor Zhang proposed a Multiple Adaptive Oversampling (MAO) method based on evidence reasoning to classify imbalanced data, addressing the uncertainty caused by oversampling approaches.
